Vapor Infusion:
A Symphony of Flavors

Our gins are a testament to the art of vapor infusion. In our process, the botanicals are not steeped; they are serenaded by steam in a copper column still. This method, a delicate dance of vapor and botanicals, ensures our gin is layered with flavors, evolving from citrus to floral, ending with a juniper crescendo. But our innovation didn't stop there. We embraced the revolutionary C.R.A.F.T. System, a breakthrough in distillation technology. This process, akin to a sonic enhancement for gin, softens the palate and amplifies the botanicals' true essence. The result is a gin that's not just tasted but experienced.

Waymar Gin House's first recipe didn't happen overnight, nor was Rome built in a day. It was a slow meticulous process of trial and error. It all starts with the creation and marriage of our two botanical bills – a traditional London Dry base and a mash of citrus and floral flavors. Our first botanical bill is a neutral London Dry Gin composed of 8 botanicals - Juniper, Orange Peel, Angelica Root, Coriander, Cassia, Orris Root, and Angelica Seed.

This solid foundation of earth, herbal, and spice allows our Contemporary, New-World blend to stand tall. The second botanical bill is composed of Juniper, Lemon Peel, Lime Peel, Vanilla, Rose, and Cucumber. Both of our blends are distilled using Corn GNS.

The final product: a refreshing traditional dry gin made with a uniquely balanced blend of all-natural botanicals and distilled corn spirit - the â€˜Original House Recipe.’
