Welcome to our story, set against the backdrop of Memphis, Tennessee, where a charming house on Waymar Drive hides a tale of gin, dreams, and brotherly ambition. Here, behind a yellow door, Jack and Henry Perkins turned the tranquility of COVID lockdowns into a spirited adventure.

Fresh out of college, with corporate careers on pause, they embarked on a journey to redefine American gin. This wasn't a tale of fancy distilleries or seasoned experts. Instead, it was a story of a makeshift copper still in the backyard, a kitchen that resembled a chemistry lab, and an unyielding passion for gin. The Perkins brothers embarked on a quest to create a gin that resonated with the American palate, a gin that was distinctly theirs.

Chapter ii:
THe Original house recipe

In their home-turned-lab, Jack and Henry delved into the art of distillation, transforming everyday botanicals into extraordinary flavors. Their mission was clear: craft a gin that was both uniquely American and nods to the rich heritage of the spirit. The challenge? Selecting the perfect base grain. After numerous experiments, they found their answer in corn - a grain as American as the dream itself.

With the base established, the brothers turned to botanicals, meticulously testing and blending, documenting each discovery. Their perseverance paid off. The result was the 'Original House Recipe,' a harmonious blend of botanicals that symbolized their journey, their passion, and their innovative spirit.

Chapter III:
THE GIN alliance of Memphis

Despite their dedication and creativity, the Perkins brothers knew they had much to learn about the spirits industry. Enter McCauley Williams, a fellow Memphian and seasoned spirits entrepreneur. Intrigued by the brothers’ vision, McCauley joined forces with them, opening a world of possibilities and guiding them towards the Gin Revolution they had dreamed of.
